Kasey and Carter’s Scotland Run Wedding

Kasey and Carter’s Scotland Run Wedding was blessed with beautiful weather highlighting all the prettiness you are about to see. 

The day started with an excited group of friends and family helping the couple prepare. The energy was high as Kasey had her hair and make-up done and opened a gift from Carter. Taylor Swift inspired Kasey’s dress, and you better believe she’s a big fan of the iconic singer. Meanwhile, on the boy’s side, Carter was receiving a new watch from his bride and getting words of encouragement as the nerves kicked in.

Shooting at the Scotland Run Golf Club, where I’m a preferred vendor, is always a thrill. The location is gorgeous, with so many areas ideal for wedding photography. The staff are warm and professional. As always, the ceremony set-up was stunning. 

Kasey glided down the aisle on her father’s arm, with Carter waiting under a pretty archway of blue and white hydrangeas and lush greenery. A sentimental ceremony overflowing with warmth and love unfolded with many memorable moments. The cutest flower girls, pops of blue in the details, and, of course, the gorgeous couple were some of the highlights of this wedding. Let’s not forget to mention the fun reception! 

An elegant seaside-inspired wedding cake, glow sticks for dancing, and great speeches were all part of the night. And, of course, a few Taylor Swift songs played at the reception made everyone follow the bride onto the dance floor. I loved that she changed into a grey sweatsuit towards the end of the reception for ultimate comfort. 

But it wasn’t the night’s end; more dancing, fun, and laughter continued until late. So happy for Kasey and Carter, who are just the most lovely couple made for each other.
