Mallard Island Yacht Club is one of those venues that has beautiful photographic characteristics at every square inch of its building and landscape. As a photographer, it is sometimes overwhelming when everything is so beautiful because it is like a photographer’s theme park! There are not enough hours in the day to capture all that I would love to capture at Mallard Island Yacht Club. Honestly, if I could have 6 hours just for portraits alone I would be a very happy lady! However, portraits are not what weddings are all about because I believe that moments are just as important as portraits!
Jennifer and Michael’s day was filled with so much joy and love, it is so apparent in the images below! The love that Jen and Mike share, and how much their little boy Lucas adores them, is so heartwarming! I would be lying to you if I said that I didn’t cry like a baby sure Jennifer and Lucas’ mother-son dance during the reception. I can only hope to have a special moment like that with my child one day!
Jennifer got ready in Mallard Island Yacht Club bridal suite and if you have not seen Mallard Island Yacht Club’s bridal suite yet, you are going to be blown away! Mallard Island Yacht Club bridal suite is the largest bridal suite I have ever photographed in. From the moment you walk onto Mallard Island Yacht Club property, you feel like you are royalty, but you are transported to another work once you get to the bridal suite. Just to put things into perspective, Mallard Island Yacht Club’s bridal suite is as big as most homes on the LBI east coast!
I hope to have many more Mallard Island Yacht Club weddings so I can soak up as many portraits as I can! Everything about this venue, from the property to the staff and food is worth every penny! If you are looking for a stunning venue that will truly make all your wedding day dreams come true, definitely look no further!
