First of all, let me start off by saying that I don’t think the lighting has ever been this good for a session a Sayen House and Gardens engagement session! Oh my gosh, the glow we were getting was like finding a unicorn! I am shooting a Sayen House and Gardens engagement session and I almost always get a partly cloudy day and the sun likes to play games with me. There are only a few spots that offer this amazing glow too! So if we are not in the right spot at the right time on a partly cloudy day, you can miss it!
Partly cloudy days are normally the best days to do sessions because this allows us to be able to utilize more locations options. When it is super sunny days, we are limited to shaded areas or spots where the sun shines just right, like in the first images below! This spot in front of the garden house when the sun it out is my absolute favorite spot. The way the light shines and creates this amazing glow is my absolute favorite!
Kim and Tom did such an amazing job for their Sayen House and Gardens engagement session! They opted for a second outfit which I always recommend because when we don’t do a secondary location, a second outfit is best to give you plenty of options and vibes for your save the date photos!
I can’t wait for your Estate at Florentine Gardens wedding next year! It is going to even more magical than your engagement session!
