Outdoor maternity sessions are a great way to tie in your favorite location into your portraits. If you are a lover of the beach, botanical gardens, or a sentimental park, I am here for it!
Travel is included within 30 miles of Tuckerton, NJ for any outdoor location. I can help you with outfit inspiration for you and the family because sadly these sessions do not include access to my client closet.

Studio maternity sessions are perfect for any mama that doesn't want to stress about the weather for her session. The studio is always at the perfect temperature, with glowy lighting, and offers the full client closet you to choose from. You may wear one or all the dresses from the closet if you choose!
Sessions are best between 28-34 weeks of pregnancy.

The Maternity Experience
Being pregnant is a truly beautiful time of life, with all the emotions overflowing from the first moment you discover you are going to be a mama. As your baby bump grows, you live in a dreamy world of imagining what your little one will be like. In some ways, the time goes go so fast as you prepare the nursery and shop for cute onesies. Then as the time for the birth gets nearer, the days seem long.
As a little soul grows inside your body, everything is changing. Let’s capture your beauty with a soulful shoot which celebrates your motherhood journey!

I don’t believe that New Jersey maternity photography is one-size-fits-all! 2. Schedule it
Maybe you need outfit inspiration, or maybe you need help with location ideas. Regardless I have all the advice when planning your session. If you need help choosing the right colors or patterns for your outfits, how to prepare the kiddos for the session, I am here for you!
Depending on the package you choose, you have the option to come to the studio and try on any of the dresses from my client closet before your session. We set a date that works for us both to have a mini fashion show!
3. Planning it
Today is the day! Your session is finally here! With so much planning for your upcoming baby, you finally have a chance to focus on yourself. Feel pampered, feel loved, and feel beautiful because mama you deserve it!
Some people get nervous with the thought of being in front of the camera, but there is no need to worry. I walk you through every pose, every angel, and every prompt so you are never left wondering what to you.
4. Your Session
After your session you can expect a sneak peek of your images on social media within 72 hours of your session. Your final gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks from your session date.
If you booked a newborn session as well, you will reach out to me once the baby is born to schedule your newborn session. If you would like to have artwork of your maternity or newborn session, now is the best time to start the process of designing your heirlooms!
5. Your Photographs
After deciding if you want a studio or location shoot, you can visit my studio to look at over 20 lovely maternity outfits you might like to wear. Maybe take the excuse to go shopping and buy something new. Or both because there is time for outfit changes with every maternity session.

Our newborn and maternity photos came out amazing with Nikki! Specifically her newborn photo skills are unmatched. She has all the bells and whistles to make sure the baby is calm and comfortable. She also creates her own small sets and provides the details to make each session special and a bit unique, as well as any special additions of your own. I couldn’t believe how well they turned out! Her light and airy style of editing really favors newborn photos, too.

Nikki is AMAZING! She went above and beyond for out maternity photoshoot, the weather was terrible, with high speed winds by the beach and the pictures were perfect! Everyone complimented how beautiful and natural they were. She also made us feel comfortable and we had so much fun during the photoshoot!
